Acting as Construction Managers for the construction of a 130-apartment residential scheme, converting a former office building in a prominent town centre location. The project includes significant reconfiguration, full internal fit-out, and upgrades to deliver high-quality, contemporary homes. Our role included on-site construction management, contractor coordination, programme control, and quality assurance - ensuring safe, efficient delivery in a complex urban environment.
