Acting as Development Manager for a 21-house residential scheme, overseeing the entire development process from site acquisition through to delivery. A key focus of our role includes enhancing the planning strategy and successfully negotiating Section 106 agreements to secure affordable housing and community benefits. We coordinate with planners, local authorities, and stakeholders to ensure smooth approvals and compliance, while driving the project towards timely and efficient completion.
