Acting as Development Manager for the delivery of an 80-apartment residential scheme on a brownfield site in Hertfordshire. Our role spans the full development lifecycle - from site acquisition, planning, and design coordination through to procurement, construction oversight, and stakeholder management. The project will transform a previously underutilised site into a high-quality, sustainable housing development, contributing to local regeneration and meeting growing regional housing demand.
