Management of the construction of a complex mixed-use scheme involving part-demolition, part-refurbishment, and part-new build to deliver a vibrant development comprising a pub, residential apartments, a gym, and office space. The project requires careful integration of retained structures with new build elements, alongside high-quality fit-outs across multiple uses. Our role includes full construction management, coordination of multiple contractors and trades, programme and budget control, and ensuring quality delivery across this architecturally and logistically challenging site.
