Management of the construction of a 78-apartment residential scheme with ground floor retail spaces, located in the heart of Crawley town centre. The development comprised a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments delivered to high-quality, energy-efficient standards, alongside active ground floor frontages to enhance the local streetscape and support town centre vibrancy. Our role includes full construction management, contractor coordination, programme and cost control, and quality assurance - ensuring successful delivery in a complex urban environment.
